I first started working with schools in 2010 and have since supported over 700 in person, and many hundreds more through my online resource packages.

For me, it’s crucial to gain an understanding of each school’s individual needs.

While my experience over the years has helped me to see the similarities between schools, so too has it shown me the simple fact that every school is unique, with challenges and goals that are specific to them.
